Board & Volunteer Descriptions

Board of Directors

President:
 General management of Association, preside at board meetings, oversee budgets, responsible for outreach, and school liaison.

Vice President:  preside at board meetings, oversee coaches clearances, oversee communication throughout the organization, and township liaison.

Secretary:  preside at board meetings, oversee insurance for the Association, record minutes at meeting, send minutes and notices to board members.

Treasurer:  preside at board meetings, keep financial records of Association, bank deposits, bank reconciliation, player refunds, assist in filing of tax statements.  Must have knowledge of Quickbooks software.

Volunteer Coordinators

Commissioners:  Organize division teams, assign players, coaches, and team managers, and manage division throughout division throughout the season, attend league meetings.  

Website Coordinator:  Manage website, work with commissioners and board members ro review website design when needed.

Halloween Parade Coordinator:  work with commissioners and coaches to get teams signed up to attend the Halloween parade, coordinate the float/decorations/theme, get volunteers to assist, assign committee members, manage all other aspects of the parade.  

UNT Community Days Coordinator:  work with commissioners and coaches to corrdinate and activity/event for UNT Community Day, assign committee members, manage all other aspects related to Community Day.  

UNT Scholarship Coordinator:  work with the Nazareth High School to make sure the scholarship is available to all seniors who have been a part of the Clipper community, assign committee members, and 
manage all other aspects related to the scholarship.

Community Involvement Coordinator:  work with the community to increase our participants in all sports, assign committee members, and manage all other aspects related to community involvement.  

Corporate Partnership Coordinator:  work with local businesses to donate money to better our organization, assign committee members, and manage all other aspects related to Corporate Partnerships

Community Outreach & Service (Community Service) Coordinator:   work with organizations/entities to have our players participate in helping the community, assign committee members, and manage all other aspects related to community service.

Yearbook Coordinator:  work on doing a yearly yearbook of all sports, take pictures of all sports, receive pictures of all sports, advertisement in the yearbook, assign committee members, and manage all other aspects related to the yearbook.  

Merchandise Coordinator:  keep a store for all sports, advertise, assist in sales, assign committee members, and manage all other aspects related to merchandise.

Volunteer Coordinator:  responsible to making sure there are volunteers to cover all sports related needs, assign committee members, and manage all other aspects related to volunteers.  

Coach Recruitment & Development:  responsible for making sure all sports at every level have coaches, make sure coaches are properly trained on techniques/procedures/etc, assign committee members, and manage all other aspects related to coach recruitment and development.
